Well, at least the sock is fixable, the sweater is gorgeous, and the kid art is super-cute. Stupid boss.

Family support and knitting are definitely what it is needed. Sorry about your stupid boss; I’m feeling stupid boss pain over here also.

    pam said asshat. heh heh

sorry about your asshat boss. bosses shouldn’t throw their staff under the bus. they should stand in front of the employee and take the hit of the bus. that’s why they’re the bus.

    asshat boss.

Your boss must not be too forward thinking. If he throws you under the bus, then you will be even more motivated to get your fabulous self outta there. You should have gotten promoted, not hassled by an asshat. The Dale is lookin’ loverly, and Little Man continues to be a charmer.

Little Man will leave someone quite “twitterpated” (thank you Bambi) some day. That is the best kind of love. Kids are so awesome!

Asshat – Hmmmm….new word and I like it! I agree with everyone else. If he is that unhappy with your performance, he should have given you a rave review so that he could get you moving on. He is VERY stupid, and all the more reason to believe that the job that was meant to be yours still awaits. No more throwing under the bus.

Knitting is awesome! The colors on the Dale are amazing and I can’t wait to see the FO. The sock, well, even the newest member of the clan will love the “fixed” one. Can’t wait to see all of them finished.

Quoting an old song from my past….”Hold Your Head Up”……and I still stand by my comments from yesterday. You run for President and I’ll be on board the campaign in a heartbeat!

Pity you can’t knit up a new boss. It sounds like you are stuck with a very small and petty person in charge. Your dream job is out there and someone will recognize your fabulousness and snap you up.

    Love the knits. So beautiful.

Little Man & Wifey’s artwork is classic and should be in a museum, for sure.

it’s probably better i didn’t know how to knit when i had an evil boss. i may have used my needles for evil and not for good…but good for you with the knitting therapy and the classic sidewalk chalk cheer-up!

Heh heh, Mafia, someday you will be DRIVING the bus and then you can do whatever you want to Asshat boss. It’s true, that’s even more motivation to get out from under him. Sorry to hear about it.

    The Dale is fabulous!

Fallout from the job search or is your boss’s asshattery the real reason you didn’t get the job? Stupid bosses. On a more positive note you have such an awesome wifey & son!

I really feel gosh-darn-awful with you. Please accept these virtual hugs from this neck of the woods.

Love the chalk drawings! Think of it as an excuse to stomp on your boss’ face. ;)

This was my favorite at the Subversive Lace and Radical Knitting exhibition in NYC last Saturday…and is a message for the rotten boss!

Ahoh, boss needs a knitted gag? Well, your knitting hasn’t suffered any. In fact, it’s beautiful! This boss of yours tho, needs to be flamed. Curses to your boss. Don’t ruin the needles tho.

Crap and fuck. I just caught up on your last three entrys and now I’m pissed. There seems to be a lot of under-bus-throwing down there at that institution of yours these days. Jaysus. Get your ass out of there as fast as you can. When you moving out here?
